A non-custodial wallet that you control. Multisig means it takes two or more keys to move the money, and that we never hold enough of them: nothing leaves without your signature. From a single account you hold, receive, swap and send crypto on the EVM networks — Ethereum, Base, Polygon and company — and you also get your own address on Bitcoin, Solana and TRON, all born from the same seed: it is one account with several doors, not four separate wallets. And what sits inside you can leave alone, invest in bitcoin or tokenised stocks, or take out in cash across Cuba.

Three. The personal one, for your own use or as a freelancer: no monthly fees and instant transfers. The agency one, meant for local exchange houses, with API access, high liquidity, automatic swaps and priority support. And the merchant one, for anyone who buys, sells and trades tokens on the P2P market, with round-the-clock operations and no permissions.

Yes, and without asking us. Your EVM account is a Safe vault: you can open it in Safe itself with either of its owners — the key from your login and the one your passkey generates — and move the funds from there. For Bitcoin, Solana and TRON you just export the private key from the app and import it into whichever wallet you prefer: MetaMask, Trust Wallet, any of them. If Tropy disappeared tomorrow, your money would still be yours and still within reach.

Nobody on their own. The vault is multisig with passkeys and 2FA, and every operation requires the quorum of signatures you define. The last mile is run by regulated partners on the island, each with their own licence.

Three ways: in cash at any of our 214 pickup points, at your door in the provincial capitals, or by transfer to your bank account. You pick the route when you create the withdrawal, and all you need is your ID card.

All three. You pick the currency when you take the money out and the rate is locked in right then: the amount you see before confirming is the one you get, even if the market moves while the order travels.

41 minutes on average. A bank transfer takes around 15 minutes, cash at a pickup point around 45, and door delivery is done within 24 hours. 97% of orders close in under two hours.

No. Tropy pays the gas, so you never need spare ETH, POL or any other network token just to sign an operation. The one exception is TRON, where that cost is folded into a withdrawal fee. Either way you never have to buy a token you were not going to use just to move your own money.

It depends on the currency: 0.5% in USD, 1% in EUR and no fee in CUP, where the margin sits inside the rate. No hidden charges and no hidden margin in the exchange: you see the fee and the exact amount before confirming anything. The full fee list is on the pricing page.

5,000 USD per operation and 20,000 USD a month with standard verification. Above that we talk to you and raise it.

It is trading directly with another Tropy user instead of with us: usually cheaper and faster. Funds are locked in an escrow contract and only released once both sides confirm; if there is a dispute, the order goes to arbitration and the money does not move in the meantime.

Shares from the big exchanges — Apple, Tesla, Nvidia or the S&P 500 — that you can buy from 10 USD at any hour, with the same account balance. You can hold bitcoin too. And when you need to, you sell and take it out in cash in the same operation.
